• Develop skills for breaking bad news, managing conflicts, and providing clear instructions in emergencies.
• Enhance verbal and nonverbal communication strategies.
• Lead resuscitations and coordinate care using structured communication tools such as SBAR.
• Apply de-escalation techniques effectively in high-pressure scenarios.
